FIFA Reveals Prizes For Qatar World Cup Participants

By Mboh Promise On Friday April 1, the International Football Association (FIFA) revealed the value of the financial prizes that the teams participating in the Qatar 2022 World Cup will receive. And according to what was announced by the International Football Association, all the teams qualified for the World Cup will be given an amount of 1.5 million dollars, in order to prepare for the global event. The same source confirmed that the team that will win the World Cup will receive 42 million dollars, while the runner-up will be awarded 30 million dollars, and the third-placed team will be awarded 27 million dollars. The fourth place holder will receive $25 million, while the teams occupying the fifth to eighth places will receive $17 million, while the ninth to the sixteenth ranks will receive $13 million. CAF President Order For Investigations, Move Matches Out Of Olembe Stadium

  Promo Info. CAF president, Patrice Motsepe The president of the Confederation of African Football, CAF has moved all matches that were supposed to take place at the Olembe stadium over the weekend. Dr Patrice Motsepe was speaking Tuesday 25 January during a press conference in Yaounde, after a stampede occurred at the stadium. "There's zero tolerance on circumstances that could result to people being injured or losing their lives, we have to take emergency now," Patrice Motsepe said, adding that he has called the Local Organizing Committee meeting tomorrow According to the CAF boss, all matches that were programmed at the Stadium will instead hold at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium, over the weekend. He said this is because serious investigations have been launched to see what actually transpired at the stadium.
